  • Click the button above to be connected to a technician.
  • Click "Public Area" on the left side if your browser does not go directly to the Public Area.
  • Click on "Join Meeting" next to the technician that is available.
  • Fill out your name, email, phone number, and problem, then click "Continue".
  • You will have a dialog box to communicate with the technician and be invited to allow the technician to take over your desktop.
  • Clients without existing accounts will need credit card information.




  • Click the button to be directed to available notebooks or desktops.
  • Click on any of the “Configuration Spreadsheet” buttons which will download a spreadsheet.
  • Select a color tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet to select the model of notebook or desktop.
  • Click on any of the white boxes of the components and select the options desired.
